Real Estate:

The focus of the Real Estate vertical is Exclusive Commercial Listing. The company has access to the listings which are not advertised in the open market and are sold exclusively by Hotel Advisory Services. We have access to varied portfolios such as Hotels, Motels, Gas Stations, Multiplexes, Duplex, Triplex, Restaurants, Laundromats, Commercial Buildings, and Plazas.

Hotel Management:

Hotel Advisory Services provides hotel consultancy services for small to mid-sized (250 keys) hotels across Canada.

Our team endeavors to provide dedicated and personalized services to ensure that our clients are guided appropriately, so as to deliver a successful product while developing a new hotel, takeover, or improvising a current project.

We are committed to working closely with our clients with the endeavor that we turn around existing hotels to become successful and begin generating significant profitability.

Hotel Advisory Services Inc. is owned and operated by Avneesh and Tia. 

As partners, we have extensive experience in managing Restaurants and Hotels. With our Master's From Ecole hôtelière de Lausanne, Switzerland backed by our experience with Luxury Hotels such as Fairmont, Taj, and Oberoi hotels,  We understand the finer nuances of the industry.

We both are licensed Real Estate Sales representatives in Ontario. We are licensed to sell Commercial as well as Residential Properties. We have been instrumental in transactions involving the sale/purchase of Investment Properties that offer attractive Cap Rates.
